The President of the Czech Mountaineering Association Zdenek Hruby died on the descent of the Himalayan eight-thousanders Gasherbrum I during abseiling hesitated, slipped and fell back south wall, which had previously appeared with Mark Holeček.

Climbers Zdenek Hruby and Marek Holecek this year planned three climbing expeditions (two in the Himalayas and one in Antarctica). It's called Never Stop Exploring wanted to climb three ascents to them in the past for various reasons could not climb.

First climb Zdenek's given up due to health problems and even interrupted time climbing the same reasons. The first morning step on the descent was fatal, and was followed by a fall of 900 meters deep.

Zdeněk's second attempt on Gasherbrum I unfortunately, he was also the last in his life. Marek Holecek down the ascent route alone without a rope, which disappeared along with the doomed climber in depth.
