Czech Paddle Manufacturer Panenka Paddles Has Been Sold to a New Owner

Petr Panenka sold his company Panenka Paddles. Jiří Lula became the new owner.
Until now, Jiří Lula has mainly produced paddles for top rowing sports. Petr Panenka was a specialist in large series of tourist paddles.
The rowing representative Petr Panenka started producing plastic paddles just before the velvet revolution and during the following decades dominated the Czech and Slovak markets and became a major European player. Under socialism, he protected himself with a unified agricultural cooperative. In 1990, he became independent and founded the company Profiplast for plastic paddles. He later sold it. Subsequently, he founded the company Panenka Paddles, which manufactures composite paddles from prepreg material.
