The Little Carpathians mountainrange (768 m above sea level) stretches from Bratislava city to the northeast.

Bratislava is situated at the confluence of the Danube and Morava Rivers as wellas the crossroads of two major European cycsling arteries: Eurovelo 6 and Eurovelo 13.

Bratislava Region Tourism has printed a small guide to cycling opportunities in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, and its surroundings.

The guide describes 5 trekking cycling routes (17-55 km), 1 road cycling tour (68 km), 4 mountain bike tours (30-73 km) and 2 bike parks.
